Hourly Rate
Our normal contractual arrangement is for an hourly rate to be agreed for software development and test activities and then invoiced on a weekly or monthly basis for time worked.
Fixed Price
For certain projects a fixed price can be negotiated and would involve stage payments based on measurable or testable milestones in the software development. For fixed price contracts a detailed requirements specification would be needed.
Royalty or profit share
In certain circumstances the standard consultancy fees may be reduced or waived where a profit share or royalty scheme is agreed for a new product that has commercial viability.
